Information collected
The early-access form collects your name, email, club name, country, club size, role, optional website, tools used, priority needs, interest in beta testing, shared equipment quantity, pricing survey answers and any optional notes you submit.
Purpose and choice
The information you submit is used to manage your early-access request and respond to you. The mandatory checkbox confirms you have read the Privacy Policy; it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Website statistics
Optional first-party page-view, click and conversion statistics are collected only after accepting analytics. These records do not store visitor IP addresses or construct browser fingerprints. The hosting provider may separately process technical access logs.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on the website server in a restricted area; access to the statistics and requests panel is password-protected. Basic technical rate limiting uses short-lived pseudonymous security records. Data are not intentionally shared with advertising platforms.
Your choices
You can request information, correction or deletion of your early-access request through the website owner, DaftMinds.com. Retention and the final contact procedure must be confirmed before public launch.
Third-party resources
The visual design may load the Geist and Albert Sans fonts from Google Fonts when an internet connection is available. The browser then connects to Google to retrieve those files.
